Before

• Development of the concept and design of the graphics and logo for the event.
  Concept and printing of the event kit (programmes, invitations, bills & posters, folders, diplomas), editing, photocomposition and layout of texts.
• Mailing.
• Search for suitable conference venues
• Catering arrangements .

During

• Transfer arrangements (airport pick-up/drop-off service, limousines, shuttle-bus service).
• Preparation of the venue and technical assistance (lights, directing, recordings, computer video-projections, overhead projector, etc.).

Proceedings

We can collect the papers and reports, uniform the graphics, send the proofs to the authors, plan the graphics and print and distribute the proceedings of the conference.
